316 Parque Albatros is beautifully situated with a pool view off the large terrace and on entry to the property you have a view of the winter gardens bowling green in front and to the left there is the recently developed seating area.  The pool has recently undergone refurbishment and now has a decking area around the perimeter for sunbathing etc.  There is also a fenced children’s play area adjacent to the pool which will keep even the more energetic of kids happy.

The apartment has recently undergone a refurbishment which presents a new bathroom and kitchen area.  The new furnishings include LCD TV with British channels, DVD player, 4 seater sofa bed, coffee table, fan’s, Iron, hair dryer, safety deposit box, 2 single beds, dining table and 4 chairs, fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer and microwave, plus much more
