3rd April 2010. Sarah, James & John at Alcala.

Easter weekend brought with it a mix of divers. Sarah was completing her PADI Open Water diver course, James was testing the Tenerife dive scene and John was our try diver for the day.

On our Trip to Alcala we found some spectacular sights. John our try diver managed to an elusive sea snake! Sarah & James came across some rather pretty nudibranchs, a large ball of roncadores and just as we had almosted finished the dive, one of the resident sting rays coame to play. What a fantastic days diving.

4th April 2010. Open water Course with Sarah.

Amarilla Divers would like to congratulate Sarah on completing her PADI Open Water course in Tenerife. we finished the course off with a nice relaxing dive at El Puertito, where we found the resident turtles only to happy to come and play. Sarah was smiling all day and said it was AWESOME....thats the Kiwi in her...

Sara you was an absolute pleasure to train. It was so lovely to meet you and the guys. Now your next hurdle is John completing his Open water diver as well.

11th April 2010. Picnic & diving at Abades beach.

Amarilla Divers went out for one their Sunday Specials. A picnic was had this time. We was joined by Shut Up and Dive Tenerife, who did a spot of filming as well as Larry, Lesley, Chloe, Melissa, Izzy, Elisa & Linsay plus all their families.

It was great to get the girls back in the water. We are so please that you all had fun and it will be great to see you back in the summer for some more fun.

12th April 2010. Larry Advanced course.

Amarilla Divers would like to congratulate Larry on completing his PADI Advanced Open Water course. With Wreck, PPB and Night dives as you chosen 3, you were fantastic under the water. Your bouyancy has improved by far and we was very happy with you on your first night dive.

We look forward to seeing you in October for your speciality course.

13th April 2010. Discover Scuba Diver.

Congratulations to Lesley, Chloe & Melissa for successfully completing your PADI Discover Scuba Diver course. We tried last year and only managed try dives but this year you have managed to go further. Well done girls. I can't wait for your Scuba Diver courses in October.

15th April 2010. Diving with Tony & Ross.

Amarilla Divers was very pleased to welcome back some of our regular divers to Tenerife. Tony & Ross came back for some diving and went to a few of our newer sites. We enjoyed your company as always and look forward to seeing you during the summer.

24th April 2010. Painting our new dive center.

Well at last we have managed to get the keys for our shop. We have spent the last couple of months looking round for a nice location for our shop and we finally settled at Apartments Aguamarina Golf in Golf Del Sur.

We have been painting and tiling our wet area, whilst diving as well. We are nearly ready to open and are all very excited.

We will have a nice new classroom area inside our shop as well as a wet area, dry area and retail area.

We will put some photos up as soon as it is all finished.

25th April 2010. Diving with Alfie & Paige plus snorkelling with Ronnie.

We had fun at Black cove with some of our junior divers Alfie & Paige. You both were great in the water and it was so nice to have you on board.

Ronnie we can't wait to get you diving in the sea, but you will have to wait a little longer. You did do excellent on your snorkelling with Mary though.

Well done Paul for making your first bubbles underwater with Amarilla Divers in our new pool.

You have done fantastically and we know you have got the bug and we will see you soon.
