3rd June 2011. Open Water courses.

Mary & Rachel were in the pool today for confined water session and were joined by father & son team David & Guy and also Abbie.

David has been a diver for years and started in the forces, but never got any certifications! So to stop all the hassles he decided to do his Open Water with Guy.

The session went well and the skills were executed perfectly. We managed to get part of the confined work done along with some theory.

4th June 2011. Dive Master Intern.

Lesley was very nervous and was originally having problems with her mask. After overcoming the problem Lesley was like a fish to water and Mary was extremely happy as was her Husband David. Well done all of you.

A new site for Vicki was Abades Beach, so we took along Iain, David L & Neil. The site was excellent and the visibility was good which allowed us to see all the life that the reef holds. It also gave Iain & Vicki a chance to see the reef during the day as we will be night diving here tonight.

Black Cove.

Vicki, Iain & Neil went down to Black Cove after dropping David off. The visibility was OK and so we went along the new route down the wall. Vicki was having a few issues with her mask and didn't really get to see much !!! never mind Vicki we will come back here later heehee.

San Miguel Sting Rays.

Jonny took Bo along to the sting rays (with prior arrangement). This was a very long dive as they went along to the new wreck! Well it definitely is a wreck NOW. The Atlantic ocean is not very forgiving and has flatten the wreck. Never mind it has not deterred the sting rays.
